The Estimate
We will meet you on-site to take measurements and understand your requirements to build the estimate. We will then email you the final estimate to review.

Our estimates come with a comprehensive, itemized cost breakdown so you know exactly what you are paying for. No hidden fees.

Project Start & Selections
Once the project kicks off, communications with you will be ongoing with updates on the project. Some of the selections will be complete with the estimate but there may be other selections that will happen during construction.

City Permits
The Last step before we start construction will be to get permits from the City of Calgary. Permit fees are included in all of our quotes which include Building, Electrical and Plumbing permits.
